Straight answers
Septic Pumping questions.
What makes your septic pumping different?
The truck. Ours is brand new, which means a clean tank on every job, modern vacuum equipment and metered volumes that are measured and written down rather than estimated. It is the newest pumping equipment working San Juan County.
Why does a new truck matter to me?
A clean tank means nothing from somebody else’s job is riding along to yours. Modern metering means the volume we pull is measured and recorded rather than estimated. And new equipment simply breaks down less, which is the difference between a scheduled appointment and a missed one.
What happens during a pump-out?
We locate the tank, expose the lid, pump the tank down, check the baffles and clean the outlet filter. You get the metered volume and a condition report in writing, plus a straight recommendation on when it should next be done.
Do I need to find my tank lid first?
No. We locate it. If it is buried and needs excavating there may be an additional charge, and we will tell you what that is before digging rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
Do you pump commercial tanks and grease traps too?
Yes, both, with the same truck. Restaurants, schools and care facilities can be put on a recurring schedule with a service record kept for every visit.
