What this website collects, why, and how to get rid of it. Short, because the site does very little.
The short version. This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. It collects what you type into the booking form, and nothing else. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you submit the booking or contact form, that is your name, phone number, email address, service address, the service you selected, how urgent it is, and whatever you write in the message box.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, page requested, time, browser — as every web server does. They are used to keep the site up and to spot abuse, not to build a profile of you.
How we use it
To call you back and do the work. Form submissions are emailed to our office and answered by a person. We do not add you to a marketing list from a service request.
Who else sees it
Our email provider carries form submissions from the website to our inbox. That is the only company that touches your information on the way to us. Beyond them and anyone legally entitled to it, nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and there are no advertising or analytics companies embedded in this site.
Cookies
None at all. The site needs no cookie to work, sets none of its own, and carries no third-party script that could set one. There is nothing here to consent to.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Server logs roll off within a few weeks.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — subject to records we are legally required to keep. Call (505) 398-1916 or write to 1215 Mission Ave, Suite B, Farmington, NM 87401.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it. Material changes will be noted here with the date.
