How the inspection worksThe small print, in plain words
What "$99" actually means.
Every flat-rate drain offer in this industry has conditions. Here are ours, before you call rather than after we arrive.
One residential drain
The $99 covers a single drain. More than one, and each additional drain is priced separately — we tell you on the phone.
An accessible cleanout
If there is no cleanout and we have to go through the roof or pull a fixture, there is an additional charge. We quote it before starting.
Normal business hours
Emergency and after-hours calls are welcome any time, but they are not $99. You will be told the rate when you call.
Residential only
Commercial drains, grease lines and restaurant work are quoted separately because they are genuinely different jobs.
