Accessibility.
What we built, what we have not had audited, and how to tell us if something blocks you.
We want anyone to be able to book a drain cleaning, whatever they use to browse. This site is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA.
What is built in
- Every page works by keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring that is never removed.
- A "skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches.
- Headings, lists, landmarks and buttons are real HTML elements, not styled divs.
- Every image that carries meaning has alt text; decorative art is hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have real labels, and an error tells you what went wrong and gives you the phone number.
- All motion respects the operating system’s reduced-motion setting. The hero video is replaced by a still image, not merely paused.
- Content is visible without JavaScript — nothing important is hidden behind an animation.
- Text reflows to 320px and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
What we have not done
This site has not had an independent accessibility audit, and it has not been tested with every screen reader and browser combination. We are not claiming certification or legal compliance — we are telling you what was built and checked, so that if something still blocks you, you know it is worth reporting rather than assuming it is meant to be that way.
Tell us and we will fix it
If any part of this site stops you doing what you came to do, call (505) 398-1916. Tell us the page and what happened. We will fix it, and in the meantime we will get your job booked over the phone — there is a person on that line at any hour.
